【Gaofenzi.org短讯】近日美国总统奥巴马签署法令（Microbead-Free Waters Act of 2015）禁止在美国生产和销售含有塑料小珠的肥皂、牙膏和其它化妆品，这项法令将在2017年7月1日起正式生效，原因在于多年研究发现这些产品中的大量塑料微球被排入水中，对环境造成严重影响，对人体健康造成潜在威胁。
此前，美国多个州地区已经立法于禁止生产商在日用品种加入塑料微球并在2018年正式生效，此次奥巴马签署的法令在他们之前就开始生效实施，这项法令值得出口相关产品至美国的生产商和贸易商注意。
On Monday, December 28, 2015, the President signed into law:
H.R. 1321, the “Microbead-Free Waters Act of 2015,” which prohibits the manufacture and introduction into interstate commerce of rinse-off cosmetics containing intentionally-added plastic microbeads。
